1. Eligibility

PlayRollWin is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PlayRollWin's operator are not eligible to redeem rewards. One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be closed and any pending rewards forfeited.

2. No Purchase Necessary

PlayRollWin is a free-to-play social sweepstakes site. No purchase is ever necessary to play, win, or redeem rewards. Every new account receives a free welcome bonus of Fun Coins and Social Coins, and additional free bonuses may be offered from time to time, on the same terms whether or not you have ever made a purchase. Making a purchase never increases your odds of winning and is never required to access any feature of the site.

3. Fun Coins & Social Coins

PlayRollWin uses two virtual currencies. Fun Coins are used to play games, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes under any circumstance, and may optionally be purchased in packages for entertainment purposes only. Social Coins are worth $1 each, are never sold or offered for purchase at any price, and are only ever awarded for free (including as a bonus alongside Fun Coin purchases, sign-up bonuses, and promotions). Social Coins may be redeemed for cash-equivalent rewards as described below.

4. Redemption Terms

• Identity verification (legal name and date of birth) is required once before your first redemption.
• The minimum redemption amount is $100 in Social Coins.
• A flat $5.99 processing fee is deducted from every redemption's payout.
• Redemptions are reviewed and fulfilled manually; typical processing time is a few business days.
• We may request additional information to verify your identity or prevent fraud before fulfilling a redemption, and may decline or delay a redemption on that basis.
• Redemption availability may be limited or temporarily paused at our discretion, including while the platform is early-stage; this does not affect coins already in your balance.
• All redemptions are final once approved and fulfilled.

5. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Support@playrollwin.com of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, exploits, or automated tools; create multiple accounts; collude with other players; or attempt to defraud the platform or other users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of Fun Coins and/or Social Coins.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from redemptions. We may be required to collect tax information and report redemptions to tax authorities as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlayRollWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayRollWin and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Official Rules from time to time. Continued use of PlayRollWin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
